ISO/IEC SC 31/WG 7’s work items have taken a major leap forward as several of them have reached the CD stage. This work on creating cryptographic suites suitable for use in RFID tags is critical as we move forward with the implementation of RFID worldwide. Many applications require that an RFID tag is made secure. This work will make that possible. If you want more information on ISO standardization or on any issue of RFID standardization, then email steve@hightechaid.com.
